Today is our company’s Business Conference and Award presentation for Top 100 Producers 2005.

I am in the 35th position… give myself a pat on the shoulder… Well done!

I must do better this year.

I m really impressed with Adam Khoo (one of our guest speaker today)… he is the CEO and Master Trainer, Author of "Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny".  From a school reject to a millionaire entrepreneur by the age of 26.  Shared with us the hero’s journey to success.

Yes… its all in our own mindset… if u think positive… things will work out positively… if u think u can… u definitely can do it and make it happen.

Action is very important… No point spend time thinking and planning but no action.  So… Just Do It!!! This is my favorite slogan.

Whenever u do something… there will definitely be a result, be it gd or bad.  But without doing it… nothing will happen.  Learn from mistake and failure helps you to improve and be better.
