Trust yourself…

Be aware of your own Values and Motivations,

and be Honest with yourself abt your Feelings and Conflicts.

Making decision is not strictly a mental process,

learn to listen to your intuition and body reaction.

Your decisions should "feel right" as well as sound right.

You learn to trust yourself when you look fear in the face.

Then you can say,

"I lived thru this dreadfulness.

I can take the next things that comes along."
